　　The first China Overseas Investment Summit hosted by Hong Kong China Chamber of Commerce, will be launched in Hong Kong on Nov 15-16, 2011, and CCTV Financial Channel, as a strategic partner, will fully cover the event, TV stations including Phoenix Satellite TV, etc., and websites including Xinhua net, People’s net, Sina net, Yeah net, Tecent net,and Ifeng net, etc. will give a full-process live broadcast of the opening ceremony.
　　Chinese President Hu Jintao pointed out that it was the general trend to “bring in” and to “go global”. On August 17, 2011, when visiting Hong Kong, Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang made a special point that Mainland and Hong Kong enterprises had to join hands to accelerate the implementation of the “go global” strategy; that Mainland China had to go global before making investments, inviting public biddings, and carrying out projects abroad together with Hong Kong enterprises. China will continue following the principle of being market-oriented and enterprises’ making their own decisions independently, guide its enterprises to make investments abroad in an orderly way, deepen their mutually-beneficial cooperation in such fields as energy, resources, high technologies and advanced manufacturing, and enable them to be more internationalized in their operation……
